Studio Policy
- No refunds
- After the first paid trial lesson, students are required to register for a full semester
- During the course of a semester, only two make up lessons can be provided. In order for a lesson to be made up, cancellation must be received 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time by calling 347 427-7272
- All lessons missed by the teacher or weather-related closings will be made up
- Substitute teacher may be provided by RMS at any time
